Harpers Ferry WV awoke to a winter mix this morning that left everything covered with ice. The roads were glazed and hazardous early in the morning. By noon the ice melted on the roadway but the trees were still an icy wonderland. Travel is good this afternoon and most of the week, with highs in the lower 40's.
